Finished with slight alteration to the badge .

I retired my 489 which was used so much they are tuff but I do use my 840 bronze light saltwater use love it. Cheers.

Forgot to say with the pum conversion at the time she received a blue paint job.

Caught plenty on the old girl
Did a pum conversion way back
And thought I would give her some love in 2021
with spare stuff in the shed
just waiting on the Mitchell badge to finish her off but

Hi Linewinder yes I had reservations to I didn't use Furness type heat just open flame style as you would cooking a bbq .I have an old 489 that could do with a facelift so I will photograph the process when I get time and see how it goes this time. Cheers.
