Mitchell 401

This might be my most pristine Mitchell, to date:
Serial number 6230192 puts it in 1965, I believe. Red bumper still there. Smooth as silk. I’ve been going through and servicing my fishing reels, and this one is just as nice inside, as out. I’m not really a collector, just a guy who fishes with a variety of Mitchell reels, and this one will go on one of Dad’s Conolon rods, and get a cast or three this summer.
