I would like to know how old each of the following reels are. 408-number 1033368. 400-number G103404. 410-Number 5895481. I would like to clean and relube them. What would be a good cleaner and also for the roller bearings on the 408 and the 410 should I use bearing cleaner on them? And what is a good lube and lite oil? I want to take good care of them. They are in great shape. Please let me know and thank you.

4xx series reels are essentialy similar to 3xx series reels; they just have higher speed gearing and are painted blue.
You can date any reel with a 300 style body using this data base, 4xx reels will be in sequence with them:
308/408 reels share the same numerical sequence too, your 408 is late 1960's early 1970's. Exact dating isn't as possible until the 1974 model year reels.
The gallery has a lot of pictures and info on every reel.
If you look through this forum, there are a number of threads regarding maintenance...many products are available, many are personal preference.
Whatever does the job without being too harsh is a general rule of thumb.
Regarding the 410 roller bearings, the cage is nylon, so don't use anything that melts that stuff.
Your 408 has a pinion with raceless ball bearings...do not disassemble that. Though the entire pinion can be removed from the housing and soaked in cleaner, then blown out with air and re-lubed.
The schematics are helpful for disassembly.
