New member Chris from Cleveland, Oh. Got a 300 and 308 to clean for a friend. Got the 300 going just fine but the 308 needs a bail spring and trip lever spring. I found them at different places like ebay but wonder what you all use in the U.S. for most of your parts source? Found this site after I watched a 3 part clean and maintain video for the 308. Thanks

Greetings CtownChris,
:sSig_welcome4: to the Mitchell Reel Museum.
I have accumulated a small inventory of spare parts over the years, but most are for the larger egg shaped reels, and most have been scrounged from parts reels.
Since I don't, actively, collect the 308 reels, I haven't made a point to gather those parts for use, but If I needed any 308 parts I'd, probably, go to one of the established eBay reel parts dealers to get what I needed. But first, I would compare prices, and postage to get the best deals for what I needed because there may be some differences. :sBo_bounce2:

Regards,
Ted Lanham
